I am the Govenator

Cheezy, yeah.

Well, last night he did it. He deciced to run for governor. Not what I would have done. I would have waited until the next full election because it is going to be difficult to come out of this looking too well considering the mess California is in, but then I live on the other side of the country, and don't have my finger on the pulse there.

Yesterday I had to fix my girlfriend's computer. I have looked longingly at those "No, I will NOT fix your computer" T-shirts. Suffice to say, her family had conveniently loaded nearly every bit of spy-ware on it possible, which was pretty much the problem. It was so bad the only way Ad-Aware would work was to reboot XP into "Safemode" and run it from that.

And there was a list of at least 10 critical updates to be installed. I will reserve my "I hate Windoze" rant for sometime later.

I have begun reading Lord of the Rings again lately. It has been years since I last read it, and I have again noticed something strange happens to you after you read one of Tolkien's books. For a little while you think and talk like the book.
The actors in the movie do that too. That manner of speech just worms itself into your head.

Well, I shall attempt to make up for some lost blogging this week. See you later.
